A volunteer throwing washable yellow paint in a circular motion on Boudnath Stupa in the Kathmandu valley. Boudnath is a Buddhist stupa that is the largest in Asia and is a remarkable place. The yellow paint surrounds the stupa in a U shape. I believe yellow symbolizes humility and renouncement in the Buddhist religion but I may be incorrect. I used my Nikkor 55-300 zoom lens to take this picture.

Hello Tracey - great sharp image, well composed with the eye as a natural focal point and the bright paint caught at the perfect moment, adding dynamic motion. Nice capture!

Intéressante photo, très colorée et bien cadrée, de cette scène de peinture de ce célèbre monument népalais.

Well caught action photo, colourful and clear. I like the contrast of the working men on a religious site.
