Beautiful, really beautiful. As you say the fog has created a magical, almost heavenly light shrouding this place in mystery. The sole person in the scene ties so well into your note about people being lost in the beauty. An unusual and very successful choice in black and white. Really nicely done.

a very fine, atmospheric picture, suggestive and delightful. I like very much the interaction between the lady, who stands out very sharp and 3dimensional, and the mysterious ancient palace she is headed to. I love the play of light and shadow, the mysterious architectural scape and the intriguing details emerging from the haze. There's a wonderful range of grey tones. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,

I love the blocks of tone you've created with the shadows from the backlit buildings, and the shafts of sunlight. Your choice of b/w works well, though I don't know how colourful the scene might have been. The foreground figure is an important element in the composition. To my old eyes however, the photograph doesn't look quite sharp.

Hello Ravin - A captivating monochromatic shot. The figure is standing in just the right spot to pick up the attractive rim lighting. I like the soft tones and misty look. Warm regards Rosemary

Hi Ravin, This is a very beautiful monochromatic presentation of this ancient city. The foggy atmosphere brings out the mysterious of this ancient structures. The woman in the frame adds to its loneliness. Great point of view and light handling.
Thank for sharing

Bon choix pour le noir et blanc. La lumière du petit matin donne se côté envoûtant du Népal.
