[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Inwa, à 26 kms de Mandalay est une ancienne capitale à l’ambiance assez magique où l’on accède en barque. Édifiée en 1364, elle fut pendant 4 siècles la capitale du royaume birman. En 1838, la capitale fut en grande partie détruite par un terrible tremblement de terre qui fit pas mal de dégâts partout dans la région. Le palais, ou ce qu’il en restait fut démonté, et le teck servit à construire le pont U Bein.

Hello Alain,

Nice that the horse and cart are included in the composition. That really adds to it! The temple itself is already a subject worthy of taking a picture of, but the person below with his horse really completes it!

Marvellous picture! The juxtaposition of the grand golden roof of the temple, and the humble man in his old horse drawn cart, is superb. You have captured him in a pleasing position in the composition. The colours are natural and the highlights, such as the white horse and temple, are well controlled. A delightful image.

Bonjour Alain,

Jolie composition qui utilise bien la presence de la cariole et du stuppa: opposition entre le vivant et le statique.
A regarder toutes ces images du Myanmar, j ai de plus en plus envi d aller y faire un tour.

bonjour alain,
difficle de faire mieux, tout un resumé du Myanmar, avec ses pagodes et les gens qui se déplacent en caleches, le cadrage serré est impeccable.
