In Yangon - the capital of Myanmar (Burma) there are several lakes which are place of relaxation for both local people and tourists. One of the lakes is the Royal Lake.
The Karaweik Barge (on the background) is the concrete copy of a royal barge of the Burmese Kings. The bird depicted is the Hintha mated for total monogamy and great attachment to each other, so much so that if one is killed the other will not eat until death.
