Really nice shot Terje. I love shots like this, just showing a crafts(wo)mans hands. Something very expressive about them. I think you could do some clean up of dust spots on your slide though, there are a few visible. Good shot.

Terje, this whole serie of 3 is a favorite for me. very sensible capture with great focus on both the laqquer and the hands of the craftsman. Simply excellent! bravo again. Do you have more to show even if not on TE? I'd love to see more. if so my mail address is yours.

I like this a little better than your first one, and I had not seen that one before. In this the position of the fingers are more at ease. DOF and details are great in both. It is funny here that one hand has long nails and the other short, could have something to do with the work I guess.

Comment voyager à travers une photo ? Cette photo remplie parfaitement ce rôle. Bel instantanné sur un métier artisanal. Les couleurs sont dynamiques... on sent la précision du geste.

It is a magnificent photo!
Know, it is always easy to tell why it is not pleasant, than to tell, why it was pleasant. You have very well chosen a composition of the staff, in my opinion to opinion, shadows and light have very successfully lain, at you colors have turned out good. I like your work because she is interesting and causes desire to achieve the results. Thanks for pleasure to see.
Me has struck here that, these are hands of one woman?
One hand looks well-groomed, on the second nails are broken and she is inaccurate.
Very good shot!
