To critique -
1. To me it looks that the horizon is just a little bit tilted CCW. Maybe just 0,5 degrees, but it disturbs me a bit.
2. I also think there's too much sky. Well, the horizon is on 1/3 of the photo and in theory the thirds are good. But here, I think the sky isn't that dramatic or beautiful to deserve so much space.
3. The sides of your photo are too dark compared with the centre
4. The building at the bottom, just off the centre towards left bothers me composition-wise.

I hope you find my criticism useful. Some things I said, I admit, are arguable :)
