Well, I wouldn't say that the picture isn't attractive. OK, I wouldn't hang it on my living-room's wall, but... It's quite catching. The composition is indeed great, and the overall feeling is quite oppressive, it makes us feel imprisonned. I like all the small writings too (even though it's quite bad to do that! :^), little pieces of lives, people we will never know.

I love this photo. Mostly for the same reasons as Sophie... When it was a thumbnail, I was worried that when I opened it, the inside of the bell would be just dark, but it's finely detailed, and with the intriguing graffiti in a different alphabet. Then the curve of light and the feet, the little tiny eyecatching piece of blue -- it really grabs me.
Agree also that it's a bit claustrophobic somehow... you feel shut in, desperate to see the rest of the world, but you're just teased with the feet of the woman outside. It's an uncomfortable feeling. But it's a good photo.

you should show the world keeping feet in every phtograph. just an idea for a long term project in case you're really interested in photography. you're getting some really good photographs with feet .
