| If there is one place to see in Yangoon, this IS the place. One of the greatest and most revered Buddist monument in Myanmar. It is all gilded in gold, all ~60 metic tons of it. |

Very impresive picture.
It looks a very particular monument.
Great shot.
Very stunning Thien!
Wow...a 26 second exposure & the couple setting up front are perfectly focused. They must have been frozen in awe of this magnificent view :) They also add a certain something to this already beautiful image. What lens did you use? Or is it built in? I don't know much about Canon's...

A bit too much distorsion perhaps... that's where limited sized sensors are doing better than your lethal weapon ;)...(btw I'm surprized that you don't have a wider Canon L lens to complement that mighty 24/70...
f/14 !!! can't see the use of it with such a WAL except if you wanted some starlight filter and Schwarzschild effects coupled to increased diffraction... :-|
I would have rather liked a stealth shot taken right behind the devotees and experimenting different exposures, i have a feeling that a low key could be very rewarding here... sorry no oooh and aaahs today ;)..
wow, did I see glittering gold. i like the idea of including the couple in the pic as it shows how big the structures are. Nice angle.
This is so beautiful, I have never seen such a rich archtecture! it must be even more beutiful seeing personally :) good work!
