smalltalk at the well
My 100th Myanmar image I post.
The wells of Mynmar`s fishingvillages are not digged in the villages. They are a bit outrside because of the salty groundwater.
These girls have to carry each drop of water they and there families need, about 500 - 1000 meters tp there homes.

Hi Andreas,
This is a wonderful daily life shot with the expressive banter between friends. Great details, excellent clarity and sharpness, and as usual ,well saturated colors. Very fine work and congratulations. TFS. Gerald

A good example of daily life in Burma, Leo, with such clarity and colours.
I wonder how many shots from Burma you will upload after the next visit:)

Hello Andreas

In my opinion the only way to depict life is through everyday life.
This scene looks very comfortable to anyone as it simply shows us their way of life.
Sharpness looks excellent, very good defined DOV that makes sure that every aspect of their daily life is preseved in this photo.
Maybe a little bit on the overexposed side, but that might just be my screen.
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Leo,
Nice daily life picture. You have gone a long way with 100 pictures on Myanmar. I'm just at 100 pictures in total today..!
Cheers
Marc

Hi, Leo. A nice village scene, if I may say. The three grils seem to be having a good time even though their job mustn't be very pleasant. The contrast between the girls' clothes and the surrounding nature is well marked, which sets the main focus on them.

Hallo Andreas,
100 pictures from one country is a lot, but there were some really good ones among them.
Those different colours of clothing and the way they pose is very nice, your exposure here was spot on, really nothing to pick on.
One day to go ;-)
Regards, Henk

Hallo Andreas.

It is amazing how you have more pictures from Burma than from Germany! And they are all beautiful, including this one. What was she doing? Answering her mobile phone? It is sad to know that still have to carry all the water home. Well done.

Hallo Andreas!

Nice slice of life shot! I like the grouping of the women, and how natural they look, which really makes this look more realistic. Excellent work!

Hi Leo
A well framed daily life shot that is high in quality - the sharpness is superb and the shot is very candid. Well done.
Best wishes
Mark

Hi Leo! Nice to hear from you in Cambodia. I hope that you are having a great time there and enjoyed Laos so much as I did. I recognize that girl on the left! Nice capture of this reunion in the well that is a social spot for these people. I can guess that you managed to talk with them and make close portraits of them.
Have a wonderful Christmas and continuation of a good trip,
ricardo
