Très bien réussi: des couleurs splendides, le cheval et son jeune cavalier forment une belle silhouette, l'allure du cheval si je ne me trompe pas est un petit galop, ce qui donne une impression de légèreté alors que ses 4 pattes ne touchent pas le sol ou si peu.
Je me demande s'il était judicieux de ne montrer que le bas du soleil, je manque de le voir au complet et d'être limitée à cette bande de ciel orangé.
Par contre la luminosité sur l'eau est magnifique.

What a beautiful shot, Pascal. I really like the simple yet evocative composition. The colors are simply amazing and compliment your subject very nicely indeed. An idea, though: perhaps the image would have been even better with the horizon cropped off? What do you think? It would give this shot a more surreal quality and enchance the freedom idea you're trying to write into the image. Good work.

Excellent sunset, all ingrediants are there, good colortone, the tinkeling reflection and the well placed counterlighted horse with his young driver that can make us only dream of eaternal peaceful youth.

The horse in half gallop, almost at the edge of the composition seems to be flying away from the viewer, off the photograph. Im sure it must give a fantastic feeling of freedom to be flying along the beach on horseback like that. You again captured a fantastic sunset image. In a few of your ics, the sunsets are just secondary to a great scene, though the light of the setting sun gives a great mood. I love this.

Hi Pascal, A beautiful silhouette view of the horse back riding scene. The sunset color and the reflections of the sunset on the water are beautiful. A very nice action shot. You picture makes me feel that I can almost hear the galop of the horse running. Well done.

une jolie compo, je la prefere avec la bande de ciel, cela lui donne plus d'espace, et donc plus de liberté ... dis donc ce ont des tortionnaires les militaires suisses, 2 jours à l'armée et tu parles dejà de liberté ! Et puis moosieur nous endort avec ces photo de moines et vlan alors qu'on ne s'y attend pas, tu nous sors ce bijou ...
Avoue tu avais emprunté un Canon !

Un très beau coucher de soleil, agrémenté par cette silhouette qui lui apporte un symbole fort. Les tons sont réellement splendides.
J'aime les trois bandes de couleurs, aussi je ne suis pas partisante du crop, personnellement.

Interesting note i have to say.. ven Bruaene's word made me thought for some seconds.. Quite true anyway, its all a state of mind at the end..

I dont like sunset shots i have to admit Pascal but this one is very well done with this kid and the horse..

Like a cinemascope of orange cut-off on the top and bottom.and the inside things filled with a bright reflection of sunlight in the water and a silhuette of a boy riding horse.. what can be more than that pascal ?? everything elements are there in the composition..

I like how the reflection of sun goes fromt he top to the bottom vertically.. A nice choice and a perfect moment of shooting..

Oh, what a marvelous shot, Pascal!
Excellent idea to crop out the sun. I appreciate these two orange areas on top (sky) and bottom (sand) embracing the sea water.
The silhouetted kid on the horse is perfectly placed in the frame and the whole image is VERY strong both in conveying warm atmosphere and the idea of freedom!

Bonjour, Pascal, je prefere cette photo de Myanmar ou tu controlles bien la lumiere, a d'autres prises en pleine journee, sur ta gallerie, les tons "brules" par le soleil.

C'est aussi beaucoup plus original (IMO), tu as fait preuve d'un bon coup d'oeil pour attraper et atmosphere et sujet en contre-jour.
as-tu aussi remarque que le galop du cheval, tous les fers en l'air, est une chouette addition a l'idee de liberte qui t'a inspiree?

Un autre shot de fin de jour dont tu peux etre tres fier.

Pascal-

Great mood in a great shot. You can almost feel the horse having a blast running on the beach. You have caught it in mid air as well.

I'm sure the rider is having just as much fun.
