[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Ayeyarwady is one of the biggest river in Asia.
1550 Km long from the foothills of the Hymalaya to the Indian sea, that for centuries was the highway connecting the kingdoms of Mandelay and thousand years ago the grate kingdom of Bagan (Pagan) to the sea and to Yangon district, going along the fertile plans of Burma.
The picture was taken some 20 years ago agents sun set's last orange rays.

Beautiful image, well exposed in a difficult situation. The silhouette of the boat and the pattern of the waves are both individually worth a shot. I'm sure a horizontal framing would look good as well, but this is already good enough for me.

Nice results you achieved here!!! The picture highlights the silhoutte of the ship and people while the water has an unbelievable color, well done

A very surreal shot.
Very well captured. The silhouette works perfectly here.

Great shot. I thought it would look better horizontal, but we would lose the surreal effect that the water provides at the bottom of the picture. It works well for me the way it is.

Hi Yuval, this is a lovely simple shot, and very effective silhouette. One quibble, I find the boat just a bit too centrally placed. I don't always go for conventions, but in this case I think the thirds rule would have been worth sticking to. Points tomorrow.

Very good colours and nice composition, I am not sure, but I think that you should take horizontal shot.

:-)) tomorrow.

Very high contract with nice silhouette. I like the composition leaving lot of spaces in all direction - feeling wideness of the sea/river. I think the color is definitely man-making but it doesn't matter here. A great capture indeed.
