Myanmar. Ploughing the rice fields after harvest. Motorised ploughs have replaced the cattle but it is still a hard days job. Just a slice of daily life but i thought it interesting enough to show on TE.

Oh, this is MOST CERTAINLY interesting enough to show here! Farming is so essential to our survival, but it is difficult and often dangerous work, no matter where in the world.
Great composition with the second plowman passing the opposite direction in the background.

The beauty of art is there no standard, it depends how people perceive it. Their backgrounds, cultures, educations and the state of minds at that particular moment. To my point of view, if the picture can tell a story when people see it, that is the piece of real art otherwise it is a dead art. Just like this picture of yours, it is so alive and it tells me that how hard this man is working for his living in the rural life.

Nice to see modernization of plowing rice fields, this reminds me of growing up in my old country the Philippines where farmers till their field using water buffaloes. Good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.
