Why Rocky you might ask....is that his name? Actually no.......I named this photo Rocky because the kids were playing with the rocks from the construction site. Yep, that's right. While the kids in Singapore are playing with the latest gadgets like PSP or online games.....there're some kids who have nothing but rocks for toys.........
