Hi Caleb.
Another very good portrait, of both the woman and the life she leads. Captured with your usual attention to detail, rich colour and natural, spontaneous aspect. Quite intimate really, almost sublime, the way we seem to catch her unawares as she concentrates on her food preparation, her well-practised hand moving quickly.

Hello Caleb,
I'm trying to figure out what was on the menu that day. Omelettes for sure, and there must have been rice somewhere, maybe in that large pan with the lid. Her kitchen looks as congested as mine, but still quite different. There's a lot of interesting things to watch in this picture and the good light helps me to take a long look.

mmmmm Kao Pat in thailand or nasi goreng in Indonesia or Holland,very cheap and extremely tasteful,and above easy and fast to make and serve.

Markets can be great places to get interesting pictures and you have taken a good one here. It all looks quite disorganised with cooking pots, eggs and other items filling her stall but I expect the food was good! A great composition with very well handled light and sharpness.
