We followed a Shinbyu procession (young boys ceremoniously entering the monastery as novices). The present monks and novices waited eagerly the arrival of the new recruits and were bemused to see us.

Absolutely lovely balance of colours and light/darkness. The elder monk pointing you out for the little novice makes me smile. There is a great mutual amusement here. A perfectly well balanced and well cropped compsition.

This is a truly charming composition of these young monks. There is a great sense of relationship between the older boy, showing the cheeky little fellow in the foreground the way. The light is lovely and the colors gorgeous.
have a great sunday

How are you? Next trip to your beloved Myanmar? beautiful scene. I love these robes of Buddhist monks, and always nice to see that they are just young people or boys, that like to have fun. Amusing expressions, marvelous light. And whose could be the white sandals?? Charming picture.
Warm regrad s MAlgo

The light is perfect here just bringing out enough detail to make this a picture that is so much more than just a record. I am drawn to the expressions on the faces of these young monks. Gorgeous colours and framing.
Kind Regards, Ann
