Hi Richard,
Nice documentary photograph. Here are my comments:
On Documentation: Thank you for including the EXIF info, I like seeing "how" others take their pictures and what equipment they use. Another piece of information I like to see is the map info. I would like to be able to locate these places on a map. I have found out that with Google Maps, I can locate the place I took a picture to within +/- 100 m on each coordinate. I start with the map of the general area I took the picture, switch to hybrid mode, zoom in till I can tell "exactly" where I took the picture and command click on the location, which pops up some annotation (balloon?). I choose "What's here?" on that balloon and the search box of Google displays the longitude and latitude of where I have clicked. These can then be entered in the information for the picture on TE.
On the Composition: This is a minor point, but I amy finicky and the fact that the right lower edge of the bell is cut-out makes me feel as though something is missing. If you cropped the image to fit here, it might be worth another try.
Overall, the colors are fine but the ceiling is a little dark. I took the liberty to open your image in Photoshop and make some adjustments. If you are interested, you might want to look in the workshop and let me know what you think.
