In Mandalay there is a street of bronze foundries. This is delightful place to see how the wonderful bronze Buddha statues are created. This image shows two castings ready to be poured along with some diagrams to help the artisans.

An interesting shot! I've been in a similar street, but they were sculpting stone Buddhas there! I like the composition with the drawings in background!
