Photographer’s Note
The small one is not as wide as the large post ,because it was only 196 pixel high and It must be a minimum of 250.
large version
This is the view from a Pagoda in Bagan area.
Not perfect ,but big
a problem with the sky, caused by the polarizer.
A stich of 4 horizontal taken shots.
The large post lost a lot of quality because of the compression to 400 kb.

Hi Leo,
it's simply a wonderful place. The large version brings something of that place in a nice way. I like the warm tones and the placement of the constructions on the field. Well done!

Hallo Andreas,
The large view is indeed big en very beautiful. The light on earth with long shadows is also helping you in this fine composition. However, the stitch looks not good at all. I wonder how you stitch, still with Autostich? It's not the polariser what gave you the problem, but the blending with stitching did not worked good enough.
I always use my polariser, also with pano shape images, i never got these blending lines.
* I converted from the raw all images with exact the same exposure to a 16 bit TIF file.
* In PTGui i stitch them together as one big 16 bit TIF file.
* Some tweaking in PS and there he goes....so what went really wrong with yours?
Two greens for the landscape in wide perspective, because that looks indeed awesome..!!!
Have a nice evening, Henk

Hello Andreas -
Henk is right, the sky looks good but the joins are the problem. The other problem is the horizontal format - a vertical format with more images would have eliminated any curvature problems you had and should have help the stitching with more points in common. This is a wonderful panorama.
Thank you for sharing.

Hola Leo.
Quite a view in the large version with good details and colors tones, the long shadows give a nice contrast, Henk is right about the stitches. Otherwise it's an excellent shot.
Well done.
Best regards.

Leo

Lieben Gruss, Ulf

hello Andreas
as you say it's not perfect because we can see the stitch in the sky!But as I don't know to do such a job,I can't give you any advise!Anyway,I find this place wonderful, and the light gives a beautiful golden and warm colour to the ground nad the pagoda!Very nice to look at!
Regards.

Hi Andreas,
The large version is really magnificent. I like these temples which appear from the vegetation, this beautiful atmosphere of campaign with the herd of animals, evening colors (or of the morning) so golden and the big shadows.
It is a very beautiful work.
Bravo

Hi Andreas,
As others have said-the large version is very impressive.Lighting is perfect esp that the pagodas in foreground are under shade.
