Hi Elaine

Nice portrait. Very sharp with good detail and dof. Great focus on her eyes. Burma really is a magical place. I prefer the focus on this but the ws seems to have more pop. Anyhow well done.

Natuurlijk ben ik als man zeer gecharmeerd als een vrouw mij zo aankijkt als in je ws versie. Maar haar ogen zijn daar veel te wit, de warmte is uit haar blik dus voor mij niet goed. Hier is alles schitterend in beeld gebracht. Ze kijkt niet in de lens en er zit een soort van dromerige warme blik in haar ogen wat mij heel erg aanspreekt.
Je vorige porrtetten van de tatoe vrouwen waren niet slecht, maar dit is vele malen beter. Dit zijn de foto's die ik wil maken kwa pose, kwa framing and vooral zo'n blik. En ook die achtergrond, donker zonder storende elementen die haar gezicht nog enigzins zouden verstoren zijn niet aanwezig...prachtig..!!!

I `ll never get tired viewing Thanaka painted faces.A very fine portrait,looks great on my new....and new screen.I like the original more than the WS.,maybe because of ne eyecontact with your camera.

I really like the paint markings on her face and she has beautiful features. A nice clear sharp portrait well composed. I also like that she is not loking directly at the camera. Nice work!

You have an excellent collection of portraits. She's a beauty indeed and the shinning golden paintings make her even more beautiful. Or may be her exotic face is so attractive because it's wrapped up in white. Great expression here, much better than the WS.

Yes, indeed a fantastic beauty. Her looks and the eyes and the lips hide some inner joy.

For some time I really had to get used to faces with tanaka, and had to get used to the use of it, but now I can see that it can surely add to beauty. Lovely portrait, Elaine!

Dear Elaine
She looked so Indian from the thumbnail, except of course the thanakah decoration on her cheeks. I find this better than the WS, because there's no direct eye contact here & also because of the hint of smile. Excellent use of shallow DOF & fine framing as well.
