Taken at the "mini-Naadam" festival. I wasn't sure if these two boys were family or just friends, but they were very affectionate with each other.

IMO, the kids are way too centered, compo uninventive, too point and shoot, and the subjects embrace deserved a close-up bust and head shot. But as i have said sometimes before, you still come up a winner: you were there, and we were not....

Hi Anna:

Very good capture. You have captured a very tender scene wonderfully. The picture is well framed, though it might have worked out well to include the head/face of the horse as well just because the horse is an important element in the picture and a very strong part of Mongolian culture, but keeping the boys centered as the main subjects works very well here. Great shot.
