Hi Chris,
Your today's photo is very amusing with all those triangles, FG and BG (including the roofs of the houses)...
Now I understand your interest in the semantics about "gers" and "yurts", it is rather confusing ! I'd prefer to sleep then in the gers rather in the (local) yurts - Again a lovely scene from Mongolia with happy colours !
TFS,
Cath.

Hello Chris,
A look across the diagonal fence, with some interesting details inside!
I notice the typical tents and huts but most surprising is the basketball yard, hehehe...

Hi Chris!
Impress your pictures and the point here! The installations and the diagonal imprinting leave in the picture the prospect to the means with view in the lake!
I praise!

A nomadic lifestyle... it's not often people can be considered truly nomadic now in this modern world. It's captured well here. I only wish life were so simple still for all of us.
Thank you for sharing

Hey Chris,
Thats a great informative motive. The lighting is perfect, so are the vibrant colors. An interesting POV and the angle. It works well I think. Thanks for sharing such an interesting motive.
See you around.

Good use of perspective and repetition in your composition. The shape of the fence is indeed quite amusing to see, echoing the yurts. I rather like the subtle, pastel colours too. Well done

Hi Chris
A fine view of the Mogolian way of living - somehow do I got the feeling that this the modern way of living - specially the fence.

Hello Chris
What a good decision to take the fence with the triangles that seem to echo the yurt shapes.
I also like the long diagonal foremd by your composition. -
Conrgatulations for your "over 50000" limit points.

hi Chris
Very well balanced composition here in framing the fence diagonally and showing the tents along the riverbank. Great shot.

Hi Chris,
An interesting image for me as this is a culture I know very little about.Different structures for different uses I guess....interesting to see how they live. The scene is great with a lovely view over the water and different layers of depth.

Hi Chris,
I've recently watched a movie about Genghis Khan's life, and the depiction of their villages was just like that (tents and cottages built with similar materials as well).
I like the perspective and the repetitive tirangulr geometries.

Deniz

Namaste Chris
A very nice picture but an even more documentary value of a culture & country coupled with the note. A very nice peaceful place with fences also creating an interesting pattern. Good work!

Hi Chris, due to your eye and POV there's a subtle graphical impact here, with those diagonals of fence, tent area and water... and the triangles of fence and tents... cheers, Daniel

Hello Chris,
This place looks very peaceful and relaxed, despite the harsh conditions that will come once winter arrives. In many ways it reminds me of a North American Indian camp; even the landscape could be mistaken for it. I like the slight diagonal slope of the fence line and the layering of the village in the middle ground and the lake, landscape and sky in the back. The colour is good. Life just seems to be simpler and perhaps less complicated here. TFS.

A sharp clear view in a light and personal colorsetting, this one is very pleasing to see on my screen, the fence enriching the compo.
