One of my last views of the Natures Door Resort at Lake Hovsgol, in Mongolia. Apologies for the small size but the Mongolian film lab scanned them at 597 pixels resolution. Normally, I get then scanned at 1700 p resolution. One lab in Vancouver, Canada, scanned them at 3,200 p!

Hello Chris,
The tyres make interesting foreground objects and create a great feeling of depth, which is enhanced by the fence on the right with its long shadows. Very good natural colours and excellent sharpness throughout.

Fine shot! I can image your Mongolian trip, because I have been living on the russian-mongolian boarder in 1990th. Wonderful colours of the nature! A lot of the sun days. Thanks for memories!

Salut Chris,
Un paysage singulièr de Mongolie que tu nous présentes aujourd'hui. Les ombres de la longue barrière ondulent comme si elles se reflétent à la surface d'un plan d'eau mouvant, et donnent une belle PDC. Au fond, les arbres créent une autre barrière entre ciel et terre.
A quoi servent ces deux pneus figés dans la terre ?

Bonjour Chris,
on fait de la déco avec un peu de tout la-bas. Une photo sur mon écran un peu trop exposée, l'herbe semble brûlée.
Par contre belle profondeur avec ces arbres en BG et ces légère contre plongée.
