Hello Chris,

Sensational photo, I particularly like the perspective looking down the stairs. The water is still and mirror-like in this exposure. The narrow slice of well-lit cloud close to the horizon illuminates the water well. Good sharpness and overall quality, saturations are realistic and appealing to the viewer. The FG s full of interest and the DOF is well extended. Great job.

Hi Chris,
still amazing from the colours and a good POV looking downstairs. The rubber dinghy is a good subject for the focus, even strange in that surrounding.

A very pretty well composed scene making good use of the little wooden pier. I like the soft light and colours and the hint of a reflection in the lake. Very peaceful to behold.

Hi Chris,
A good view on the calm lake, soft colors, dramatic sky, 10 pm is for me night time, but here almost a midnight sun!..it makes us feel to go down the stairs, take the dinghy and go for a round on the lake!

Hi, chris. The stairs in the foreground are a good lead-in pointing towards the clear waters of the lake. The dinghy adds some contrast in the foreground and good depth. Good view towards the mouintains on the opposite side.

The hour taken gives it whole new dimension, maybe an insomniac boat on the lake midway would have been better, but considering the overcast conditions this is pretty eye catching, aah those 3rd world scanning labs, hit and miss, once they'll do an outstanding job for a song, next you'll have to rescan your photos at home.

Bonjour Chris,
un paysage très bien choisi et un cadrage qui donne beaucoup de profondeur.
La bateau ici, n'est pas des plus esthétiques, il ne cadre pas bien avec le décor. Le ciel est magnifique et je pense que tu aurais pu en tirer plus de contrastes.
