Cloud reflections from Summer thunderstorm clouds, hanging across Lake Khovsgol, in northern Mongolia. You can also see the bottom of the lake, through the clear, transparent water.

They looks like stratocumulus, and if they are they may predict downpour later...

Hi Chris,
it is a top choice for a cloud (where to buy? ;-) and excellent light management to show the clear reflection. Simple and very appealing composition.

Hi Chris,
From the vignette it seemed to be reflection of an iceberg somewhere near groenland... nice effect, as a clouds reflection not bad as well !

Great reflection of the clouds here chris. Good detail also with the transparent water in the foreground. The centered placement of the distant land works well in this setting with the reflections

L'idée de prendre cette scène est excellente Chris. Les lumières semblaient bonnes et poirtant j'ai le sentiment que côté exposition, il y avait moyen de mieux faire.
Un cadrage symétrique efficace ici.

This is a composition where the use of equal halves is effective. The scene might be simple but the sense of energy is there and gave this shot the added punch. Great reflection.

Hi Chris. Just discovered this great little reflection shot of yours. Great cloud formation, seemingly more well defined in the water than the sky. I like the composition which includes the vegetation under the water and the landforms which become increasingly hazy in the distance. The blues are fantastic. My only gripe is that I wish it were a bit bigger!

Un tout bon cadrage pour ce magnifique ciel aux jolis nuages se refletant dans cette eau transparente, si il n'y avais pas les galets dans le fond de cette eau, je me demanderais dans quel sens regarder cette photo. excellentes couleurs aux différents dégradés de bleus.

Finished it up in more interesting shape by making interesting thundercloud reflect to the surface of the lake. The worth might come out more when the detail is drawn.
