This unusual rock formation, looked a little like an Egyptian Sphinx. I liked the color contrasts here. Taken in Gorkhi Terelj National Park, about 55 km north east of the Mongolian capital, of Ulan Bator.

A splendid capture of this unusual rock formation under a very sympathetic light. I like the point of view and the golden tones and textures that contrast well with the surrounding grassland.

I just have the impression that this Sphinx looks a bit angry.
Good POV looking up and the position left against the sky for a good and strong contrast. Wonderful colours and I like this blue sky from Mongolia, always a great background.

Olá Chris, it looks like rolling down the coast while some smoke is coming out of its head :) Great composition with wonderful colors.

A la fois étrange par sa forme et suparbe par sa couleur, yes un beau contraste avec l'ensemble du paysage, et toujours sous une belle lumiére, compliment

There are some really interesting formations in these hills. The rocks here look like they were built and not natural, which is what makes this so interesting. The colour is great too. Well done!

I have not been on as much recently so sorry for missing a few. Also, congratulations for reaching a marvelous milestone of 50,000+ points (I think you have the second most points of anyone on TE, but it's not about the numbers, rather the quality I suppose). You have contributed so many interesting images on this site from hundreds of different destinations. This shot is really good; the deeply saturated sky is sensational. The outcrop visually connects the sky and grass below. I quite like the gaussian blur sky and sharp FG in this instance. Well done.

I like the unusual formation of the rock and your POV on it. It's nice the green everywhere around the focus and the beautiful blue sky. Nice image, Nino.

The point of view is allowing us to see the details and colors of the rock formation. The picture is clear and sharp. It is well composed. The nice sky is sending a light which is giving a good contrast to the colors. Have a nice day.
