The view across Turtle Rock Valley. To the left, around the corner, is a Buddhist Monastery, half way up the hill, but I didn't go there. The clouds & rain were closing in, unfortunately. A rare zoom shot for me. There are a couple of circular, white Mongolian tents, or 'gers', in the valley.

Another spectacular view here... Again, the inclusion of some constructions give an idea of the scale. What a beautiful country !

Un superbe paysage et cette petite maison semble minuscule au pied de ces jolies montagnes.
De belles couleurs et une lumière forte.

Indeed the area see exactly as a turtle, through the relief in the mountain hills.
Splendid area, great composition, alone the clouds are a little bit unnatural, but I look with a lot pleasure to your trip story.
Thanks for sharing.

Good view over this valley and rugged rocks. It seems a arid area where life is harsh. Are the Gers placed around this wooden building every year? What is the function of that building?

I quite like to see landscapes taken with a zoom to isolate certain features. Here I like the way we read the image backwards as our eye travels from centre right and over the peaks. Well done

A very good capture of this rugged landscape. I like the diagonal placing of the rocky crags. Very good colours and clarity.

very impressive the environment with this reddish of the rocks. The monastery looks like so tiny in front of the rocks as the tents too..I like the splendid POV as the perspective of the capture.Well done.

Une belle image de la nature, une vue intéressante sur la texture des rochers et le monastére qui semble minuscule depuis ce POV, trés belle lumiére

excellent sharpness and clarity on that three peaks capture. I like the good texture of the rocks and the belts of green by the trees with the small inclusion of human existence.

une photo qui tire un peu sur les teintes rosées, qui renden la photo moins naturelle.
Le paysage est bien choisi, la géologie interessante.
La maison donne une idée des dimensions.

Hi Chris. I always carry a telephoto zoom with me these days, good for picking out detail as you have here. The rocky peaks are impressive and dwarf the Buddhist Monastery. Good sky to cap the scene also. Thanks for sharing.
