Che spettacolo di mare, non so quanto è valorizzato dalla tua bella foto e quanto lo è in realtà.. resta il fatto che la voglia di tuffarmici dentro rimane enorme..

What makes tha attractivity of this view to me is the lighting of the sea water that reveals this fine green color, did you use a pola on this shot ?

The colour of the sea in the Maldives is pure joy. I presume it takes its colour from the coral beneath and not from the sky's reflection as in most cases. Your thirds composition is spot on with the tiny island and the wonderous sky

a suo tempo, circa un anno fa, era stato proposto di poter allegare alle foto una traccia sonora, ma non se ne è fatto niente soprattutto per paura di noie con i copyrights... peccato!
Devo dire che sei proprio un raffinato artista
a proporre questi paradisi con relativo sound!
A me basterebbe (e avanzerebbe!) poter sentire la risacca... ma dal vero!
Il colore dell'acqua è di un verde extraterreste... dove ci si tuffa ??
Dì la verita, un po' vuoi farci soffrire!

oggi qui e' una schifosissima e piovosissima giornata autunnale. Fa abbastanza freddo, e' molto umido e piove da 2 giorni. Ti pare bello mettere in mostra un posto cosi' in giornate come queste? COmunque la foto come sempre e' bella e invitante e il posto e' davvero magnifico.

What a great view and water as well. I would like to dive (well, maybe the depth is not enough here...). Anyway, colors are beautiful. It would not have been the same without those clouds.
The only thing I dislike is the frame, but it's my point of view...

Paolo c'est une photo comme on en voit peu. Les couleurs de la mer sont sublimes puis l'îlot bien présent, enfin le ciel avec des nuages et des bleus encore très beaux. Merci du partage.

Hi Paolo! This photo was a featured photo today on the TE homepage. I'm glad I saw it! I like the centered composition of the island, which gives this a formal look, but the sky and water are less formal, so the contrast is great. Clouds are quite soft, but it doesn't detract from the image. Nice work!

Hi Paolo, looking for my next destination maldives are in my short list, with miami and bali ... For sure seeing that gives a little advantage for the first one ;)
Such a neated sky and a "particular" frame doesn't bother me too much to enjoy all the paradise-included in that shot.
