I am always impressed with these creatures. The water is remarkably clear in your shot. I have done a WS to see if the scene could be even brither, but unfortunately you don't have that activated. Anyways I used PS's Shadowing/Highligthing tool to brighten the shot, then I saturated the colours by 20% and finally sharpened the picture a little bit.
