Chris-

I've seen this shot about 100 times. However, yours is definitely towards the top of the list of these shots.

You have captured well the colors and feel of this place. Although you have positioned the horizon in the middle of the shot, since all of the subjects are below the horizon, it doesn't feel like a "bull's eye" photograph. Also, putting the jetty off center also adds to this effect.

This is a great shot. The sky is good and the colours are interesting. This shot is well composed, the jetty adds depth to the shot.

Nicely composed variation on the standard theme. The color renditions are excellent, and the bit of red lamp in LR corner is a great touch.

Bonjour Chris, effectivement une photo qu'on a l'habitude de voir mais ca fonctionne toujours, il y'a une belle profondeur, les nuages forment un plafond qui amene plus facilement l'oeil vers l'horizon...ca devait etre bien agreable de prendre cette photo...merci pour le partage.

Cela donne trop envie. Grrrrrrr.
J'adore la couleur de l'eau. Ton pdv le long la jétée est excellente et tu as bien fait de cadrer le truc rouge. Les nuages sont sympas bien qu'un ou deux soient un peu cramés.

Salut Chris,
Peut-être un peu trop de netteté ajoutée ce qui rend le piloti en fond pixelisé. Mais dans l'ensemble une superbe composition bien équilibrée avec cette ligne de fuite évidente qu'est le pont et que je veux bien suivre pour me jeter dans ce superbe lagon. Les "lanternes au sol en bois presuqe rouge et le ciel parsemé de nuages permettent d'étoffer le tout. Joli!
PS: je suis moi-même allée aux Maldives nord(Kuredooh) et n'en suis toujours pas revenue de toute cette beauté...alors merci de cliché qui me rappelle d'excellents moments!
