Welcome to TE. What a beautiful photo. I like the blue tone, wich makes the photo looks like a painting in a dream landscape.
Your choice of point of view is also very well choosen.

I agree with "scroller": it's like a dream landscape. I like this hazy look of it. A dream or something nice and fantastic. Nice city. Nice soft pastel-like colours.

Hi Riza, very good POV, but you've added a lot of blue to it, i would ether make it B&W, or reduce the color and noise.
