Tempe is a type of food made from soy beans. After being fermented overnight it is wrapped in banana leaves to be sold. It is considered as an organic food. It best dipped in stirred eggs and fried. It can be eaten as side dishes or straight.
The picture is the tempe being warapped in banana leaf and stacked to be sold.
