Hello friends in TN.

Now it is a busy time for padi farmers as the planting season has started. Can Kedah, which has drawn up its Action Plan for a Developed Kedah by 2010, maintain its status as the "National Rice Bowl" in the next 10 years? The question is pertinent in view of the rapid development in Kedah which is forcing the state to sacrifice large tracts of padi land for construction.

Regards

Hello Jusni! Wonderful colors. Natural colors. Amazing composition. Very good geometry. Fantastic picture. Good luck!

Hi Jusni,

Some called the city they live in "My Village". This is your village in its true sense - a place like paradise. I have seen many of your pictures taken around this place and everyone is unique and beautiful.

In this shot, I like the change of colours and terrain from the FG to BG. This creates what I would call a multi-layered space definition. The result is an excellent sense of the depth of field. You have done the right thing to include part of the tree(mango tree I think) in the foreground.
TFS, Jusni

Hey Jusni,

Ahh, pure paradise. Perfect scenery, captured in a photo very well. Love all the colors and the wise composition.
Well done.

See you.

Beautiful view across the rice fields to the mountains in the background. You have given depth to the image by including the grasses and bushes in the foreground. The trees on the left act as a kind of frame for the view. Well done
Kath

Hi Jusni,
The picture is beautiful, very composed with this saturation of colors that they are changing gradually in the following plans. Your note is interesting with this question of rice's plantation. Good job. Regards, Consuelo

Hi Jusni

Hi Jusni,

very interesting shot. Actually your last sequence is very pleasant. All of them with great use of the natural greens. This one is not different. Very nice seen!

Carlos

I like the gradient colors of the mountains as view goes further creating an almost three dimensional effect. An FG from the upper thirds may provide some balance in the composition IMHO. but still a very good composition.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello Jusni,

Very nice landscape picture with the rice fields in middle.
Great composition through the lines of the mountains.
Colours and presentation are very nice.
Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
John.

Hi Jusni

Kedah, the rice bowl of Malaysia still has some some mountains for your photo shoot. I like the shades of green gradient that is so predominantly tropical for Malaysia and well captured here to a good pov, composition in giving a pleasant view.

well done

tfs, bill

PS - I tested D40X and it does not work with 2 of my lenses on AF. It is so much different from D80 features and I cannot seem to get used to it, yet.

Abang Jusni,
This is a very good pov to have the padi field with a good depth here!
I loved the sunlight brighten up some part of the hills with nice shadows!
sharpness, good colour and details in the shot
well done
cheers
Tony
