This is a cave in limestone hill in Perlis, the northern most state in Peninsular Malaysia. The location is very near to Thailand boarder, about 10 km. This place is a picnic spot with shallow river, cool water and pebbles. The place is now no longer seen as in the photograph, it has been landscaped with artificial elements.
This cave was photographed late in the morning where the sunlight was a bit strong. The flowing water at the foreground is a bit washed out.
Inside the cave, there were stalagmites and stalaqtites. Now had been vandalised. |

Hi Foozi!
Good photo with nice composition. But maybe this photo is a bit overexposed.
Friendly wishes,
Eino
Assalamualaikum Foozi. The cave of darkness is unique in many ways mainly due to the history of it. I have a fair share of experience with the cave and there's one HERE which is rather freaking for my family.Well captured entrance with the stream in front of it. Best regards. Jusni
Hello Foozi,
A pity that the lower & right side is a bit too bright. You would be amazed how much pixel informations in the highlight area can be uncovered via a photo processing software. Jusni might be able to help you with the right software. Are you both located in the same area?
Happy Weekend. Salam. Latiff.
