One of the more attractive cities in Asia, Kuala Lumpur has a skyline that features a number of high-rise buildings that are very well known.
Aside from the often photographed pictures of the Petronas Towers, I wanted to capture some of the lesser known high rise buildings, such as this collection, which is located in the general downtown area.
The density of the haze on this day causes the sky to be a very dull colour, perhaps as a result of the occassional forest fires in Malaysia.
I hope you enjoy. |

Hi Russel, Good overview of this typical and interesting cityscape. The fires around the region certainly impact on here and Singapore more often than they like. Good POV. TFS. Murray.

Hello Russel,
The haze softens the picture and mutes the colors, but the skyline of the downtown highrise buildings is well composed. Your POV is very good. Thanks for sharing.
Warm wishes,
Betty
Unfortunately the haze caused by fires, pollution, or water vapor seem to the norm not just in KL, but a large part of Asia. I would consider this is as actually a clear and sunny day by KL standards, an unusual view of KL, without the Petronas, which seems to be obligatory in all KL photos, including mine (not yet posted on TE).
