Dear Hanza,
I supposed you could be forgiven for getting this shot. With you on the pitching and rolling sampan, its difficult to compose and focus.

I would recommend flash fill in situation where the backlight is very strong or bright. If the sun or anything as bright is in front of you or behind your subjects, pop the flash ok. Even in daylight. Unless you want silhouette.

I did a workshop on this fishermen. I don't do much workshop. You noticed my rating on workshop is 0. I'm not good at it.
