[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the satisfying moments when you reach your designation after a long and hard trekk, is to see a beautiful scene in front of your eyes. This is one of them, at least for me.

To get here is a very difficult and challenging task, physically and mentally, through dense virgin jungle where few ever tried.

You will see that the rock surface is slippery and any attempt to go higher is only fit for rock climbers with proper gear. This is about 8m above the pool.

Here is this hugh unbroken rock and water partially seen crushing down 30m beside it. I hope you like this view.

Regards
Bill

Hi Bill,
Quite original photo! I don't like to use this adjective, but this one deserves an exception. The light, texture and colours on the surface of the rocks are strangely beautiful. The perspective is very hard to understand, even after when perceives the inclination by looking at the water falling - the rock appears almost vertical, so one wonders how the man can be there.

Hi Bill,
An interesting compo with good depth, nice colors and sharpness. POV and framing are unusual but effective...
Cheers
Laurent

Hello Bill,
Looking at the rushing water and the guy in that position making me feel like slipping down. Stego was right about the originality of this composition. You have captured the mood and details beautifully. Very well done.

Jusni

Hi Bill,
I really like the POV with this shot. The colors in the rock are beautiful. You really had the perfect light for all the shots of this waterfall. Well worth the work to get there :)
Always, TFS
Laura

Hi Bill
These slippery rocks seem to have taken on all the colours of the rainbow and you have created an interesting composition. The man on the dry area gives perspective to the shot.
TFS, Marlene
