I like the POV
you can try a tighter crop with the man taking up more of the frame on the left, no details lost if the garlands are not shown in full :)

Did a WS for illustration, with a little adjustments, hope you don't mind

Far as the softness is concerned, I always have this problem too :D

Very nice photo Hanza. I only wish it would be a bit sharper. Good colors and contrast. Those people seem to be completely focused on their activities not noticing the photographer-this is the way it should be :)
