I am back on a Friday evening to share my Penang photos.
From mu hotel room, I zoomed to this famous hotel in Penang. You can read more about it their website
The hotel looks kind of new and perhaps it has gone through some kind of renovations.
Actually, I like the quiet moments on the street. Being a major road and not many cars as compared to roads in Kuala Lumpur, it gives me a sense of calm.
Nothing much for me to adjust in this photo as the lighting was good that time.
I will post another photo of the same place taken in twilight.
Enjoy your great weekend ahead!

Interesting to see those older hotels in South East Asia... Like Raffles, Oriental, Manila Hotel!
I didn't know about this one, but as I can see it fits well into the concept...
Well composed image, good colours and sharp details!

Interesting effect on this POV with these different colours, well framed.

Personally, I preferred the first post, which gave a better composition.
What makes this picture such a good view is the multi colour that is reflected from the building, such as the orange roofed E&O Hotel and the purple coloured Uptown Bistro.
A pleasant view, Chai.
Cheers and good day.

I do agree with Eric that it is the colours that appeal and I can see the trend of using rowdy and daring colours on buildings. There is good details and the trees and greens helped to soothe the eyes. Interesting scene!! Regards.
