Very well seen. I think that the most important thing of shooting is the subject/idea – and I like it alot in this image. I like how the girls are watching the boys of the band in the background. I also like the combination of various colors in clothes – side by side.
I think the image needs some adjustments in PS – and yes, also I would crop it tighter. I posted a WS so you can see what I mean...

Ot seems that a workshop has already been done on the things I would have done as well. Nice photo and I like the colors with all the women sitting there. I agree with how the WS was cropped as well. In addition I think maybe bluring the background a bit will help to make the women stand out.

I like the opposition in this photo: one side the colourfull socalled thirdworld, the other side the grey, bombastic, but "civilized" one.
I'm not sure, maybe if you would made a few steps to the right you could have had as background just the stairs; you've had the band still there.

J'aime bien la "pose" de ces filles très "Colorama". Les musiciens que l'on devine me plaisent aussi. Le flou sert bien à la mise en évidence. Bien vu!

Les filles sont sympas, mais j'aurais aimé pouvoir observer aussi les musiciens ! Une prise de vue plus haute aurait pu, je pense, y arriver !
