I think this picture is wonderful. The colours are soft smooth and beautiful and it's nice and relaxing to see such a harmonious photo with few but special things on it like the dark cloudtowers and the silent reflection of the river. I would maybe crop a tiny bit on top to make the format look more widespread like a panorama shot.
