Hello friends in TE.

One of the 50 tasks in Nikon Langkawi Photohunt 2008 is to capture a bridge. This bridge is rather close to Pantai Kok and I thought it will make a good picture. This shot was never submitted but here is a rather neat looking architecture.

Regards.

Hi Jusni,

very colorful and attractive shot! I like to see the interaction between the green and the colorful architecture. Very nice pov. Well done!

hi Jusni

Obviously you have mastered the composition techniques very well in all your recent shots and it can be seen here in selecting the angle and pov, using roadlines and banners at roadside, turning a street into a FG feature. The bridge, on the one hand being your subject and title, IMO is a bit too far and small to do justice, and which probably will be best if seen from profile. Just my 2 cents.

Well done if not about the bridge!

TFS, bill

Hi Jusni,

very peculiar bridge. Usually roads are not sloped like this when entering the brige. I agree, this one is very neat. You placed it excellently, following the curve of the road and bridge in centre. It is little small, but going closer it would lose the charactersitic so connected with the road continuation. In my opinion greatly chosen POV and excellently placed inside of frame.

Kind regards,
Jeri

Hello Jusni
If only the bridge was more prominent...but I like the perspective with the road & the banners on the left leading to the bridge. Like the shadows of the palm leaves across the road as well.
Best Regards
Angshu
