Hi Ally,
The presence of the person has an effect of scale. The staircase and the steps are leading us to the temple which is giving perspective to the photo. The trees and the vegetation are fraiming well the steps. The quality of the light brings out the best of the colors. Have a nice day.

Hi Ally,
colorful and attractive. The light conditions were not the best but you did a very good job on that. We see details of the shadow areas and there is no over exposure on the other parts. Very nice...and thanks for sharing the other photos.

Carlos

Hello Ally,
That is one thing that I particularly don't like about the Chinese or most Asian superstition, the believe in lucky #, and people take it so seriously. I don't mind so much that people go to temple to pray for good health and peace, but to pray for wealth and more money is just pure greedy to me. Off course we all like to have more money, than work harder and smarter, but not believe in such thing as lucky lottery #. Take that money and invested in something good, give it to the poor, and perhaps you build good deed that will result in good luck.
Anyway about this shot great shot, I like the composition, the man on the stairs look lost and depress, perhaps didn't have any good result with the lucky #?

Hello Ally
I can see this is a well considered composition, the flower pot, the tall palm trees and the man are all well placed. The shadow has a great effect on the steps. Another fine quality photo, Ally.

Hi Ally
The seated man at left, adds a welcome human element, & there's good repetition of the stairs. Excellent sharpness & upward pov, on the temple, with superb colour & framing. Tfs!

Hi Ally, I really like the low POV here, the way the stairs lead the eye up to the temple and also your placement of the man in white to the far side of the frame. Great management of extremes of light and shade too. Well done, Lisa.

Interesting name for a temple! A good composed view of the gate entrance, with steps leading up.
I never trust that a temple can provide wealth generation tactics to draw large followers and believers. It is a form for greed. Because it encourages people to put money in gambling and the temple is helping people to gamble.

Bonjour Ally.
Cette photo est superbe. J'aime la lumière et le rendu de l'escalier qui pénètre jusqu'au cœur de la composition. Couleurs et lumière sont au top.
Bien réalisé !

Hi Ally:
The point of view is pleasant, although I consider that you had been able to balance the entrance, I see since it inclined.
The launching slips make direct the glance us towards the bottom, raising and raising. The seated person, offers life to the scene. Good handling of the illumination.
A hug from Colombia, John
