Photographer’s Note
Morning scenery at Ampang New Village ( Kampung Baru Ampang ), this ia not only a living place for villagers, but also a place for low capital industries, even for fruit plants.
According to the information from MPAJ government official website, Ampang is a city that have around 574,300 populations at the year 2007. This resident quarter showing here is only a small Village of Ampang.
The bird view shoot of these houses here showing in my previous photo, and a house at another corner at this village showing in my previous photo too.
I do know many of TE members do not like extra wires in the photo, so that I upload a WS to show the village view without wires at foreground.

Hi, Ally.
Truthful and well presented. A subtle yet poignant mix of architecture and daily life, it sure gives you stuff to think about. And... I love the lighting. Have a good day, I'll be seeing you.

Olá Ally, interesting exercise in WS but I'm glad you chose this one for the main post. Pictures must show how things real are and these wires don't disturb me at all since they are parallel to the main subject. Not sure if that's dangerous or not but it's really nice. I'm imagining now all wires of the world covered with green. In fact, you could upload another version with vegetation on the other wires :))))
Hard to imagine such a big population, half the one of Lisbon, just by looking at this view of a small village.

Hi Ally,
The curve of the road is an asset to the composition. The point of view takes our eyes toward the colorful parasolwhich is giving depth to the photo. The cloudy sky is filtering the light which is enhancing the colors. Have a nice dya.

Hi Ally,
very good shot of the village. For me the wires must be there since it's part of the place. I like all that simplicity. I just think the ws is the same image..take a look. Great job!

Ally,
Beautiful image of local scene, very traditional small town in Asia. Very beuatiful morning light, the moring glory is really taking over, growing and climbing up the power lines. I have some in my backyard and they grow so fast it taking over everything, entangled other plant to death. Very pretty flowers and I like them but it grown too fast.

Hello Ally,
first of all, I do not mind any wires - what can we possibly do if they are part of our "civilized" world? :)
This is an interesting composition, with the road turning to the right, and some bright colours in the background (especially the big umbrella :))
The most unusual thing for me about this view was the vegetation on the wires!! such a thing is absolutely impossible in Moscow :)
I like to see such photos, especially of those places which I am very unlikely to ever visit!
Best regards,
Elena

Hello Ally, Sometimes photos should be left as they are, I think in your photo the wires look OK & make a complete picture of this area, they add to the atmosphere. I like the way you have included the FG in this scene it makes for a very good natural frame.
The curved road is a good part in your composition, enhanced by natural colour & good detail. I also find it difficult to understand that half a million people live in what looks like a spacious rural village.
Thank you
Regards
Santo

Hi Ally
I like the lead in lines & perspective, provided by the curved road. Good sharpness, in this superb daily life scene, with excellent colour & contrast. Terima kasih!

Bonjour Ally,

What intrigues me is the way the vines are growing on the electic wires. Interesting view of the village and with the inclusion of the links we are learning a lot about your country. Good use of the road to lead the eye into the scene, where the touches of red catch the eye.

Hi Ally,
It may not be the ultimate beauty, but it's very interesting as documentary and it's very well composed. I like the way you used the road and the wires covered with plants in the compo, they make an interesting visual arrangement.
Like Ricardo mentioned, it's hard to imagine that this rural view is part of a city of half a million inhabitants, but I have to remind myself that I had that kind of surprise in Delhi and Bangkok.
Regards, José.

Hi Ally,
I like your approach to your places in Malaysia very much; and showing us how real life is, is always very fascinating. Concerning the wires I agree to Ricardo. Most of all I like how the plants are climbing the wires. TFS!
Warm regards
