Wonder anybody got up there and trim these tree, the answer is nobody. This happen natualy when the kapur trees are planted side by side which does not happen natualy in the primary jungle.

Fascinating shot, thanks for sharing it with us. I've heard of this phenomena, but I've never seen it myself. Not quite sure what's happened to the colours though, the sky appears greenish. It also isn't quite as sharp as I might hope - maybe it's the scanning? Nevertheless it's a very interesting image :-)

Phénomène fascinant que je ne connaissais pas! Votre image est cependant très étrange... Avez-vous fait un quelconque post-processing? Dommage que la qualité ne représente pas plus naturellement le phénomène. Je crois qu'il vaudrait vraiment la peine, si vous en avez la chance, de retenter les prises de vue jusqu'à un résultat plus satisfaisant, car le sujet à certainement beaucoup de potentiel au niveau graphique!
