Photographer's Note

I took a photo of this scene before, focusing on the Colonial Governor's House. This time I took a photo of the same house but encompassing a larger part of Penang Sea in the background, a more "panoramic" shot.

Located along Gurney Drive, this was the place of residence of the former British Governor-General. The Malaysian govenrment has done a good job preserving the original structure.

Penang is one of Malaysia's most beautiful islands... the charming trait of the place is its slow pace, good local food, interesting cultural sceneries. It's about half an hour by plane from Kuala Lumpur. By land it's about 2-3 hours.
