Rocks of Penang Beach Photo

Photographer’s Note

Beaches in Penang or Pulau Pinang are quite famous in Malaysia. People would go on holidays or weekends for a shot break. A swim in the morning or in the afternoon is quite freshing. Some would rather enjoy a stroll along the beach. But here at Batu Feringghi Beach, there are many big rocks. To some people taking a good group photograph would be enought to remember for the time dpent at Batu Ferringhi Beach.

Hi Foozi,
The smooth rocks make an interesting foreground to the action taking place in the background. If the people had looked at where you were taking your shot from they'd have had a much more interesting shot for the family album :)))
Very good light, the shadows on the rocks add a very good detail.

Salam Foozi: This is clever. Those colorful clothings strike out very well in between the boulders. Nicely captured layers with little busyness making this a truly brilliant shot. Picture perfect along the sunny beach :-)

Excellent, with this group of people you have made the shot outstanding by framing them between the rocks in the right side. Congrats, that is a fine job! I like the contrasts of the rocks vs. the sky, a bid bold but adds life to the shot as well. Sharpness is fine. Well done

The rocks are framing well the group of people. The point of view leads my eyes towrad the horizon which is giving depth to the composition. The late afternoon light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Good pov to show the unique geographical features, I also visited to the beach near Rekan Pahang where have huge rocks similar with these, a sweet memory shoot photos and spend nice time at this type of beautiful beach, thanks for sharing.

Those rocks looks like large to me, and I admire how wind and weather have polished them up through the years!
An interesting composition with framing of the group in the back... seems like Photographing the photographer hehehe!
