Photographer’s Note
Hello friends in TE.
Penang's climate is equatorial, with a very pleasant mix of warm, sunny days and the occasional cooling rain storms. It is widely know as the Pearl of the Orient and is an island that has been attractive to travellers and visitors over the centuries.
Penang has perhaps more on offer per square mile than any other place in the world. For sheer variety of locals, cultures and foods. Penang is hard to beat. Georgetown the capital boasts Southesast Asia's largest collection of intact prewar buildings. Stroll past a century old church, a Chinese temple, an Indian temple and a Muslim mosque all with a short distance of each other. Sample the delicious hawker foods which seem to be available on every corner of the city twenty four hours a day seven days a week. Festivals occur throughout the year and life goes on at a slow pace that most visitors can only envy.
Miami Bay is located at the start of Batu Ferringhi tourist some 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of the day traveled, from the Penang International Airport.
Thanks for viewing!

Hello Jusni,
Strange lines and shapes this time!
I notice how the rocks are polished by the sea through ages, now appearing as smooth and almost shiny...
A pleasant sea view, good contrast and fine depth!
Greetings,

Hello Jusni,
These great rocks rounded by the actions of the sea over many centuries make a set of interesting photographic subjects. You have chosen a great point of view using the rocks as a fascinating lead line towards the distant coastline. I like the soft light and well rendered textures. Thanks for sharing.

Salam Jusni,
wow..this is a tough job. Creating something from these rocks is an uphill task.
The texture of the rock is nice here and the blown sand on the beach give a good pattern around them. The moment of waves breaking through is well captured here resulting in a graphical scene.
Well composed.

Foozi

Hi Jusni,
I didn't know Miami is a name of a bay in Malaysia...there must be a relation, or not? Very good play with the stones in this shot. Depth is enhanced by them. Light is also quite pleasant. Now I'm curious about Penang. It must be a wonderful place. Thanks for sharing!

Carlos

Hi Jusni
Miami beach, I did not know that such a beach exist in Penang, however I have seen it many times, but never bordered to ask for the name. Thanks for teaching. That cannot be your sunset you said you posted? Even I guess it must have been late afternoon, as the light is not so good anymore. Nice shot showing a peaceful beach, which during the day can be crowded, I guess. Well done
Best regards

Hi Jusni,
If I didn't know you, I'd think that you had copied he note from any tourism website, as it is quite inviting. I like very much the compo done here by you. I find that granite boulders like these offer much to explore photo wise, although I haven't done it so much as I could. But I don't remember having seen alive any by the seaside like these ones except in Koh Samui, Thailand. It's only pity that the sky is a bit washed out and noisy, but we can't always have a SLR at hand. :-)
Regards,
José

Hi Jusni,
as i see you have too Miami bay in your country as in US.I like this scene with the rocks to dominate of the beach,as the sea too.The lot number of them creates depth in the shot and with little bit fantasy looks a huge whaleσ resting so near to the beach.well done.
Have a nice weekend,Danos

Well chosen perspective to have a neat arrangement of rocks, sand, sea, and Gunung Jerai (?). Latiff.

Hello,
Nice landscape with all those big stones on the sand. I was not knowing this place and it seems to be a good photo subject.
You succeeded to find a good composition on this shot. It is well helped by the mountain in far background closing the frame.
Yves.
