Photographer’s Note
Little India is one of the key attraction of Georgetown, the state capital of Penang. Here you shop for anything Indian from food over music and movies to lifestyle. Most of the Indians living here are from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist and Christian live here harmoniously. One of the highlight of little India certainly is the so called Indian Blue Mosque, right on busy Chulia Street, where most backpackers stay in countless hostels

Very good framing Urs. I like how tourists were registered walking along this beautiful architecture in Penang.
Thanks for sharing and best regards,

What an interesting little structure compared to some I've seen. Thanks, Judy

dear Urs,
a little mysterious picture of the unique Indian mosque there.
this design is very interesting and eye catching indeed,
domes and towers are elegant and its colors are cool,
surrounding partial orange portions and strange white of cloud make this blue so impressive.
thank you for your nice shot,
Akihisa

Hello Urs,
The small mosque in foreground makes your picture nice.
You did very well addition the two people this for the scale.
Good perspective through your choice of your angle.
Nice composition, lovely presentation. TFS.
Have a nice hot day,
John.

It is wonderful that all the different religions and cultures can live peacefully together. Your choice of POV allows us to see 2 facades of the mosque, and you were lucky enough to have a dramatic sky.

Hello Urs -
If you had not mentioned that it was a mosque I would have never guessed it as the building so un-mosque looking. Excellent image with a marvelous sky to top it off. Having the pedestrians in the scene helps the image work.
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Urs,
This unique blue mosque has a definite Asian flavor,
The details are very sharp and the colors clear and natural.
Good to hear that all these faiths can live harmoniously.
Regards, Tom

Hi Urs. Nice catch. Well composed with the vertical format to make the most of that wonderful sky. Good handling of light also. Thanks for sharing.
Have a good weekend, Paul.

Dear Urs
Little India is in Georgetown as well?! Nice cute mosque, tucked away in the corner, with the tourists adding to the scale.
Best Regards

Hi Urs,
other interesting architecture, good POV. I see it a bit dark, but could depend on my monitor's settings.

Hello Urs,
The small house of worship stands out in the street, thanks to the special architecture and colours!
The point of view is effective in showing details, and inclusion of human presence is an asset for composition...
Greetings,
Pablo -
