Photographer’s Note
Hello friends in TE,
During low tide along the coast of Perlis, you can see fisherman walking around looking for cockles in the mud. A good catch because the price of this cockles can be rather steep at times. The place is also well known for good seafood restaurants serving freshly grilled fish and sea products to the visitors.
The shot was taken with low light with the aid of the tripod as the sun was closing down the horizon.
Thanks for viewing!

Hi Jusni,
I like very much this balance composition, with the sun on the left and the small rowboat so well settled on the Thirds intersection. A lovely lighting and fine sharpness too. Excellent take!

Hi Jusni,
so, you captured the golden moment. :) Light is simply fantastic and with combination of mud and water its beauty is doubled. Distant silhuette gives us a feeling how far this scenery goes and gives this image accent of life. It is marvelous shot.
Kind regards,

hi Jusni
This time you are really at the sea side to find this golden glow of sunset which is most exciting for a photographer.
Because of its tone, this scene may also look like sunrise color although it is more like for a sunset. I like the style you frame this FG feature of the boat and shallow water. The reflected light tone on the water is much attractive too. The best part if the fan-light behind that dark cloud. Great work. tfs

hello jusni
i like the mood in this one. the exposure is perfect in my opinion: nothing seems overexposed despite you shooting directly against the sun and i like the composition with the boat longingly pointing towards the sun.

Hello Jusni,
It is a dramatic image with the cloud completely obscuring the sun and causing a sunburst effect. The golden hues are surreal in their effect. The Nikon D80 is an impressive camera, and the photographer demonstrates unusually good skills in its use. Warm regards,

Ciao Jusni,
Saluti dall'Italia, Nino.

The mud is a good place for catching cockles. Sometimes in our country arise problems with bacteriums. The fishing then is another, the authorities behind those who do not respect the interdictions. I prefer to eat the ones caught at cleaned sand and not in the mud. But in the restaurants I cannot see anything. When I walk at the beach and find them I use to throw them to farway to save their lifes. So I would never catch them for boiling them. Every being deserves to live. Perhaps I have been a budha in a past life!...Despite all in a restaurant I do not feel responsible for the killing and eat as a normal person. But never Kill. Is a task for others. In my country people are crazy for snails. Did you know that? And in Tailand ? Best regards. Domingos

Hello Jusni
Magical light you've got here! The sun masked by the clouds provides the radiating rays which adds to the beauty. The golden colour is superb. Excellent placement of the boat to the right of the frame. This is quality stuff Jusni...superb!

Hello Jusni,
The golden touch of sunset makes this an attractive and soothing view!
A balanced composition with fine details, and where the light reflects so nicely off the water and wet sand...
A good imaginary diagonal between boat and the cloud that hides the sun!
