Photographer’s Note
Hi friends in TE,
Here is another sunset shot from Damai Laut in Lumut, Perak. I have managed to hide the direct glow between the palm divider along the beach.
Damai Laut Golf & Country Club is located at the southern tip of Lumut, Perak. Overlooking Pangkor Island, this magnificent 18-hole championship golf course was designed by world-renowned course designer, Mr. Ronald Fream. Avid golfers will find this course to be one of the most exciting and challenging in the region.

Hello,
Very interesting with the sun hidden behind breakwater. I like vivid colours and very good sharpness. Minimal but very meaningful. I like it :)

Hi Jusni,
The sun peeking thtough the diveders her make a very good picture. The shadows are an important part of the composition and the curved clouds are another part. A good observation!
Kind regards

Hello Jusni,
A splendid sunset capture, it is always difficult to present a new and original image of this wonderful daily occurrence. Superb POV using the silhouetted palms to block the direct sunlight. Beautiful colours, lovely work.

hi Jusni
It clearly shows how a master knows what to do with the camera and equipment to get the best effect of a sunset without OE and create something interesting. A great place you found for the evening shooting.
Great work.

Hi Jusni,
I'm jealous to see the sunny and colorful sky, Kuala Lumpur in dull weather since one month ago, hazy sky, yesterday I saw the moon in orange almost in pink color, really fantastc, now also the sunlight really soft and hard for dry up my clothes.
Creative shoot to show the hidden sun, well done.

Hello Jusni,
Excellent idea was to hide the direct glow and to create a colorful and light effect, the excellent light management made interesting shadows and a beautiful sky.
I think sigma 10-20mm will be my next purchase, after the Nikon 70-300VR that i bought.
Greetings from Greece, Vasilis.

Hello Jusni,
I like this moody capture, well planned and with an accurate point of view!
For some reason I assumed this is sunrise but I see from the exif it is not...
A balanced composition with great colours, sharp fine details and a good sense of depth!
Greetings,

Hello Jusni, there is a lot to like about here, colours are rich & natural, light & shadows are just perfect, the cloud formation adds interest and the the sun peeking through the palm dividers gives it a lovely sparkle an excellent image, well composed. I have never tried playing golf but what you described sounds very inviting.
Thank you.
Take care.

Hi Jusni,
It seems that this place inspired you much and it's easy to understand why. You choose the POV very well, making a fabulous arrangement with those trunks, their shadows, the shoreline, the profile of the hills across the water and the thin clouds. It is a bit reminiscent of the typical Stonehenge views. And do I need to mention the colours?
Regards, José.

Ciao Jusni!
Bello il sole che spunta fra i pali! Bella la luce calda della sera che inizia a colorare il cielo ancora blù. Ottima composizione!
